The Salinas Regional Soccer Complex celebrated the return of the Salinas Elementary
School District Soccer Jamboree Saturday, May 17. This community event celebrates
youth soccer by bringing together 14 local elementary schools for a day of camaraderie
and friendly competition.
The Soccer Jamboree is designed to promote teamwork, school spirit, and active youth
participation in a fun and supportive environment. The event featured short-format
games, food vendors offering delicious treats, upbeat music, and a variety of family-
friendly activities.
“After a successful debut last year, we are thrilled to continue this event as an annual
tradition,” said Jonathan De Anda, General Manager of the Salinas Regional Soccer
Complex. “It’s a fantastic opportunity for young players to enjoy the game of soccer
while fostering sportsmanship and community spirit.”
The Soccer Jamboree underscores the Salinas Regional Soccer Complex’s
