Join the Blue Zones Project Monterey County for a community-driven effort to enhance the
Salinas Regional Soccer Complex. This clean-up day is part of the Blue Zones Project’s mission to
promote well-being and environmental stewardship in Monterey County. We’re grateful for the
ongoing partnership the Blue Zones Project has provided, as our shared mission of fostering a
healthier, thriving community aligns perfectly.
The Salinas Regional Soccer Complex has always been a space for the community, built and
maintained with the help of community members, volunteers, local businesses, and donors.
Supported by the Salinas Regional Sports Authority (SRSA), a volunteer-led organization, the
complex serves as a hub for sports and recreation, promoting physical activity, teamwork, and
wellness for people of all ages. It’s a place where individuals and families come together, and
we are proud to provide a welcoming environment for all.
The partnership with the Blue Zones Project is a perfect fit. Just as the Blue Zones Project works
to create environments that support healthy living, the Soccer Complex aims to be a space that
encourages active, healthy lifestyles. From sports tournaments to casual pick-up games, fitness
opportunities to community events, the Complex is a focal point for those looking to improve
their health and well-being.
This clean-up event is one of many ways the community can come together to show support for
the Salinas Regional Soccer Complex and Blue Zones Project Monterey County. By participating,
you’ll help ensure that the Soccer Complex remains a safe, enjoyable space for everyone who
